The best way to lose body fat is not to go on a trendy diet, or restrict your calories so much that you metabolism slows down, or buy prepackaged, expensive meals from some service that you hate eating. I’m sure you have experiences going on a diet to try and lose weight or reduce your body fat – most diets are not fun, you feel miserable on them, get frustrated, and in general that can be a complete disaster!
To cut body fat fast, in a healthy way, and to reduce your risk of losing lean muscle while your body fat percentage is reduced, you need to think about following a healthy, nutritious diet designed by a certified nutritionist – one that allows you to eat normal foods, not buy special prepackaged diet foods, and a fat burning diet that becomes part of your daily life [versus a daily chore].
Most of the american diet today is chock full of processed foods – not only are you filling your body with additives and artificial ingredients not found in nature, most processed foods have way to many extra calories – your body doesn’t know how to process all of this added junk, so guess what – it stores all of this junk as fat. Stomach fat, arm fat, leg fat – basically you end up adding fat cells all over your body – and you keep adding more every day with the junk you’re eating. You can’t cut fat if you are ingesting junk every day, day in and day out.
I know, because this is me, which is why I’m embarking on a change using one of the top eating programs available today. This blog is about my fat reduction journey – so I hope you follow along, and jump on the bandwagon with me. You’ll feel better, your body fat will begin melting away, and you’ll feel fantastic.
Real food – the kind our bodies evolved to process, are naturally low in calories – things like fruits, vegetables, beans, raw nuts and seeds, and even lean meats such as beef, chicken, and pork. However, thanks to the modern, profit driven food industry, you’re unlikely to find these in a fast food restaurant, or in that “fix in 5 minutes” meal in a box you picked up today at the grocery store.
Reducing Body Fat by Avoiding Carbohydrates
You found a diet that said avoid healthy carbohydrates at any cost – stay away from these diets. Your body HAS to have healthy carbohydrates to function – however, sometimes it can be tricky to decide which carbohydrates are healthy and which ones aren’t. The donut you had this morning is probably not a good example of a healthy dose of carbohydrates for example.
Most people don’t know that beans, vegetables (fresh), and various fruits actually supply good carbs, and help optimize your metabolism – this is exactly why you need to educate yourself by reviewing a body fat burning diet program designed by a certified nutritionist, and one that tens of thousands of people have tried, been successful – and taken the time to send in testimonials. If the diet program includes support tools, meal planners, and an online community to exchange results, questions, and recipes – that is even more ideal than simply jumping on a “kill the carbs” diet.
Love french toast and worry you can’t have that if you’re trying to reduce your body fat percentage? WRONG. However, you shouldn’t have the version you find at Denny’s, or definitely not the frozen, prepared, and stuffed with ingredient version you may have in your freezer today. Understanding how to cook healthy versions of your favorite foods is precisely one of the benefits you get from a comprehensive diet program that is focused on cutting body fat.
What is in a healthier version of french toast? These ingredients:
- Maple Syrup [all natural, not the corn syrup version]
- Real butter
- Organic eggs – you know, the kind from chickens that roam around a field versus sit in a cage their entire life.
- 2 slices of Sprouted Grain, Spelt or Rice bread
- cinnamon
Cutting your body fat doesn’t have to be be a chore and something to be dreaded. You just have to do a little bit of research and find a trustworthy program, validated by the credentials of the author, it should make sense to you, and there should be support programs and feedback from people who have adopted the program.
The one program I have found that I am starting out on has all of these, and as I review the materials in the diet manual and the other 7+ documents that come with it, this one is real, honest, and for me very achievable. I’d check it out, and learn what you may be missing in your journey to reduce your body fat without killing yourself with some crazy diet or pills! Currently I’m working my way through the quick start guide included as part of the program!
Oh yea – one more thing – obviously exercise is part of any program to reduce body fat, and build lean muscle which helps regulate your metabolism on an ongoing basis. I will be starting on that journey soon, but wanted to start getting by fat burning diet program in place and part of my daily life first!
